SIBO Ginger Pear Chicken Thighs

Posted on November 13, 2020May 10, 2022 by Relaena

This velvety ginger-pear sauce over chicken just needs a pot of steamed rice to soak up all its delicious goodness, and some sort of simple green vegetable on the side—I sautéed slices of zucchini in butter with a little dried thyme.

SIBO Recipe for Chicken and Carrots with Ginger Fennel Cognac Sauce

Posted on January 17, 2020January 15, 2020 by Relaena

The key to this SIBO-friendly chicken recipe is letting the fennel caramelize... the browner the better... to ensure a rich, deep flavor. Who needs onions? 🙂

Asian Satay Grilled Short Ribs for a SIBO Diet

Posted on July 7, 2017August 11, 2017 by Relaena

This marinade is one of the best things I've ever created. SIBO-friendly, low FODMAP, gluten free, it was AWESOME on beef short ribs, and would probably taste equally good on chicken skewers or pork kebabs.

Strawberry Walnut Chicken with Spinach for SIBO Diets

Posted on May 12, 2017May 12, 2017 by Relaena

With its surprising balance of tart, sweet, and toasty flavors, all melded together by the natural pectin in strawberries into a light, velvety sauce, I'm definitely making this again...

SIBO Friendly Thai Swimming Rama Chicken with Peanut Sauce

By omitting garlic and onions, Thai Swimming Rama can still be delicious *and* SIBO-friendly. Substitute jackfruit for the chicken and you've got a tasty vegetarian meal!

SIBO Friendly 24 Hour Yogurt Recipe

Posted on March 22, 2017December 12, 2017 by Relaena

24 hour yogurt is SIBO friendly because the yogurt has been fermented for 24 hours, which is how long it takes for lactose to completely ferment out.
